This episode is about the edibles and usable herbs for wellness in the wonderful biodiversity of our Harpeth watershed at Big East Fork Valley. We were visited by John Rose, survivalist, outdoor expert and naturlist for the his company Kentucky Bushcraft.  We find the Doctor and host Tony Gerber talking to John about the beautiful biodiversity in the Big East Fork Valley where CSS is located.
